Vitaplus Benecol® Cholesterol Check Redemption

Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion period is from 1 Jan to 31 Dec 2025.
2. A purchase of minimum 5 packs of 4x70ml of VITAPLUS Benecol® in a single receipt is required to redeem the e-cholesterol check voucher worth $40. While stocks last.
3. Each customer can redeem up to 2 x Free Cholesterol Check Vouchers.
4. Free cholesterol check voucher will be automatically added to cart for purchases made via Benecol e-store.
5. Only receipts from FairPrice, Cold Storage, Giant, Sheng Siong, and other participating vendors, dated between 1 Jan to 31 Dec 2025 will be accepted.
6. Photo of the receipt must be clear, with all details (purchase outlet, purchase date, receipt number & required product(s) visible.
7. All entries must be received before the closing date 5 Jan 2026. All entries regardless of date of purchase submitted after closing will be deemed invalid and do not qualify for the promotion.
8. Inaccurate or incomplete entries will be disqualified.
9. You will receive an email notification after you have successfully submitted this online form.
10. Please allow 2 weeks upon submission of this online form for the delivery of the echolesterol check voucher via email (do ensure you provide the correct email address in this form).
11. E-cholesterol check voucher to be redeemed at any of the participating Raffles Medical Clinics. The list of participating clinics can be found on the e-voucher.
12. The e-cholesterol check voucher is required to be presented at the clinic for verification purposes on the day of the Cholesterol Check.
13. Appointments should be made with the clinic beforehand via telephone call.
14. The e-cholesterol check voucher validity as per indicated on the voucher.
15. E-cholesterol check voucher is not exchangeable for cash nor refundable.
16. Neither organiser nor its affiliates or subsidiaries will be responsible for any loss, liability or damages arising out of the customer’s acceptance or use of the e-cholesterol check voucher.
17. F&N Foods Pte Ltd reserves the right to replace the terms and conditions of this program at its discretion and without any prior notice. Additional terms and conditions may apply.
