Seamless Redemption Process

At RewardsHub, we ensure a smooth and hassle-free redemption experience. Follow these simple steps to  complete your redemption efficiently:  

Step 1: Registration

Visit the TICKETING counter for registration and document verification. Upon completion, you will receive a queue ticket.

Step 2: Processing

Wait in the designated area for your queue number to be displayed. When called, proceed to the assigned counter (1-8), where our customer service officer will assist you with the redemption process.

Step 3: Collection

Once processed, collect your redemption gift(s) at the **COLLECTION** counter. Redemption Complete! Enjoy your rewards.

What is our operating hours ?

Our Redemption Centre is open from:
Mondays to Saturdays – 11.30am to 7.30pm.

We are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.

Yes, you can. Please present:

  1. Original filled and signed authorization letter from claimant.
  2. Proof of Purchase or Invoice/Receipt.
  3. Cut-out of serial number barcode.

In general, redemption often comes with a redemption form/slip with a section indicating the documents required.

Generally, you may need the following:

  1. Redemption Form.
  2. Proof of Purchase or Invoice/Receipt.
  3. Cut-out of serial number barcode.
  4. Authorization letter duly signed by purchaser (if redemption claimant is different from purchaser indicated in the invoice.

Yes. However, you will need to process your redemption at our Redemption Centre.
Delivery option can be arranged with our customer service officer.
