Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion period is from 13 August to 23 September 2025.
2. Promotion is valid on purchase of min 2 x Magnolia Hello Kitty Ice Cream Cone from 7 Eleven in Singapore.
3. Participating Retailer: Participating 7 Eleven outlets in Singapore
4. Participating Magnolia product: Magnolia Hello Kitty Ice Cream Cone
5. Entries must be submitted via online submission on the official portal:

6. All other methods of submission will not be accepted.
7. Participants below 18 years must seek parental consent before participation. F&N CREAMERIES (S) PTE LTD and Letrain Events And Marketing Pte Ltd shall assume that all entries received from participants below 18 years old are submitted with parental consent.
8. Only receipts with valid product(s) purchase dated from 13 August to 23 September 2025 will be accepted.
9. Each valid receipt entitles the participant to 1 entry to “F&N Magnolia Hello Kitty 7E Lucky Draw 2025” and 1 chance of winning in the lucky draw prize.
10. All entries must be received before the closing date, 24 September, 2359hrs. All entries regardless of date of purchase submitted after closing will be deemed invalid and do not qualify for the promotion.
11. The Draw will be conducted on Thursday 25 September 2025 2pm by Letrain Redemption Centre at 2 Havelock Road, #03-03 Havelock 2, Singapore 059763.
12. Winners will be notified via email and will be presented with a redemption letter for self-collection of the prize.
13. The receipt containing purchase of participating product(s) must be presented upon collection of the prize.
14. Winning entry is subjected to validation of purchase with participating retailer(s).
15. Winner will be announced on the website within 7 working days from the draw date: https://www.letrain.com.sg/redemptioncentre/#promotions
16. There will be a total of 10 winners in the Draw to win Hello Kitty 8” Classic Plush worth $75.00 each.
17. The prize is strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, in part or full. No transfer of prizes will be allowed.
18. The Organiser accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize. It is a condition of accepting a prize that the winner accepts all conditions of use of the prize.
19. The prize is strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, in part or full.
20. The original prize letter must be presented upon reservation for verification; the Organiser and its vendors are not obliged to replace this prize letter if it has been lost, stolen, or whatever reason.
21. The prize(s) must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated. Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services.
22. If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Organiser, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
23. This promotion is open to all living in Singapore, except employees of F&N CREAMERIES (S) PTE LTD, F&N FOODS PTE LTD, and F&N INTERFLAVINE PTE LTD, promotion retailers and partners, appointed advertising agencies for this promotion, affiliates and their immediate family members.
24. The Organiser reserves the right to verify the validity of qualified entries. Failure or delay by the Organiser to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
25. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within 3 days of first attempt, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected.
26. Prize may not be redeemed by any person other than the prize winner unless with prior arrangement with the organiser. Any prize(s) won and not claimed by the stated date will be forfeited and returned to the organiser.
27. Neither the organiser nor its affiliates or subsidiaries will be responsible for any loss, liability or damage arising out of the customer’s acceptance or use of prize(s).
28. F&N CREAMERIES (S) PTE LTD reserves the right to replace the terms and conditions of this program at its discretion and without any prior notice. Additional terms and conditions may apply.
